I started taking CoQ10 as a long term project because it is supposed to protect against alzheimer, so I didn't really expect to notice anything. Surprisingly, it seems to have improved my sleep quality. I get more REM sleep now, around 20 % increase according to my smartwatch. I will keep taking it.
The dose it too high for me - I get heart palpitations and other uncomfortable feelings. But this was the lowest dose I could find. I have to open the capsule and just take a little bit. That is enough for me. I take it because I was vegan for too long and I have been taking natural statins (HMG coa reductase inhibitors) in the form of supplements. even natural supplements that inhibit hmg coa reductase causes a CoQ10 deficiency.
Good price for ubiquinol, which is a better form of cQ10
This product missed the mark for me. I wouldn’t recommend it. I didn’t fee a difference with this product, except a mild stomach ache. I don’t think the quality was there for me. Still looking for a good quality product with simple Coq10 ingredients and benefits.

Appears to be a quality ubiquinol CoQ10 single ingredient product. I’ve had no issues with that. That being said current research indicates that ubiquinone is absorbed just as ubiquinol and is half the price. Because of that, I’m going to opt for a ubiquinone product going forward as I can get double the dose for a similar price.
Really good quality Ubiquinol at a very affordable price. The softgels are easy to take, and the packaging is solid. Feels like great value compared to other CoQ10 products I’ve tried.
