I ordered this supplement to help lower my blood sugar levels. They were at 310 before I started taking this supplement. Within 3 days they jad dropped to 270. Within a week they dropped to 230. I combine this supplement with Glucophage XR, so when I eat something bad, instead of metformin I take berberine. Metformin combined with alcohol and junk food can cause diarrhea, so it is better to take something natural like this to reduce the insulin spike.

I purchased these capsules in the hopes that they would help me with some weightloss but unfortunately I haven't noticed much effect. Other than that the capsules are easy to swallow.
