I am so happy to have found psyllium husk capsules by Organic India. I had not heard of the capsules until a friend told me about them. I love that they are fairly small and easy to swallow. The bottle suggests taking 5 daily in which I break between the morning and afternoon. Since taking the capsules for the past 2 weeks, I have noticed a decrease in snacking, overeating, and consistency with bowel movements. If you have been on the fence about taking psyllium in powder form, I suggest the capsules as they have been as effective as the powder.

Using it myself, and adding it to my cat’s food to help with constipation. It does work for both of us. The taste is fine, more neutral.

My partner and I have switched to Organic India several months ago and found its quality to be really good. We take 6 capsules daily with 12 oz glass of water (It’s true! We experienced constipation when we didn’t drink enough water), and our gastrointestinal health improved. Our once loose stool is now formed stool. Also, we like that it’s bottled in glass and not plastic.

I really like the quality if Organic India products. According to Consumer Lab Reports, Organic India Psyllium didn’t contain harmful elements as some other psyllium. I also find Organic India Psyllium to help manage my symptoms if heart burn with its mucilages and demulcent properties. It’s a prebiotic, feeding the healthy gut microbes, supporting good elimination.

I tried this psyllium fiber after another brand I was using was out of stock. I like this brand much better. I find the ingredients to be better than the powder I used before, find it convenient to take with no aftertaste and find I seem to have less bloating with this product. It has helped keep my gut and intestines working well. I'll be ordering this one again.
