Better than I expected. Product has an unusal calming effect so I probably would take it at night. Of course it can be taken anytime but I would probably take it at night. When I took it at night, I felt refreshed the next morning. It didn't cause any side effects which is good. I took it with and without food and didn't experience any difference. To admit just how long I went without this supplement in my life, I had actually mistakenly gone with Carlyle supplements DMG years ago not knowing until I ordered this stuff that yes indeed it was in fact fake. Now brand and well other brands you trust are as important as anything, I'd have been better off swallowing dirt all that time wasted on a brand I thought I'd give a try what a mistake I made with the previous purchase, but not this it's pure as DMG gets and while I do have many supplements there are only a few I truly cannot afford to take u. my mind when considering (HMB is another) DMG is now on that short list for sure. The potency is questionable at just 125mg compared to TMG in the grams to dose, but to be sure DMG at 125mg is quality potent and plenty in just one capsule making a bottle of 100 quite economical at just 8$ your looking at 100 days covered in what should have been added to the b vitamin list long ago, considered by some anyway to be b15, I agree and consider it nothing less then qualitywise to be essential in my life and never want to go a day without the ingredient in my life to be sure the capsules are pretty small and easy to swallow with little to no filler in the sized capsule.
