I‘m at an age now (+60) where I thought it‘s time to start supplementing a few things. I compared this product to other gummies and values were very good. I‘m not great at swallowing huge pills or capsules, so I generally prefer other forms of application. Why not as a yummy gummy. I’d keep them out of reach of kids because they taste so freaking good!

Many multivitamins include a lot of the vitamins that people are unlikely to be lacking, but this has K2 that is usually missing in modern diet and D that is usually lacking in the winter, as well as some calcium. I think these are important for kids today, especially for their development of teeth and bone. My daughter loves these and always asks for one in the morning.

My toddler really loves those. He says they are yummy! On my opinion concentration of D3 is pretty low so it’s just a little addition to vitamin D3 intake. Update: I keep reordering this specific type. I have noticed that now he been regular on them he doesn’t have nail and cuticle problem ( he had very thin nails )
