This magnesium as magnesium citrate, a white powder. Adult dosage: 1 level teaspoon. The pack lasts for 2.5 months. I mix 1 level teaspoon of magnesium powder into 250-300 ml of cold water. The powder dissolves well in water. Photos're attached. I periodically add vitamin B-6 to magnesium because they work well together, and magnesium is better absorbed. Since I have falling asleep problems , I also take melatonin and 5-HTP along with magnesium. I take magnesium at 10 pm. Health to everyone!

I have bisglycinate magnesium which I take for optimal absorbtion, but this one does work excellent in regards as a mild laxative. Just keeps things moving without any discomfort, so in my case combination of citrate and bisglycinate is solid for all the benefuts of wuality magnesium.
You need to know how to properly dissolve powder in water. There are a few tricks: 1. First, pour the water, and only then add a spoonful of powder. 2. The water should be warm. 3. Stir continuously until fully dissolved. The taste of the water is slightly bitter. I add collagen.
Taking this specifically for bowel support — dos what it claims to and then some, without unwanted concern (eg. electrolyte imbalance, lymph congestion, etc.) that comes with other osmotic laxatives. Highly recommend.
I take this every morning/evening to help me relax and even improve my sleep quality. It works great for me. The powder is grainy and take a little while to dissolve, but it works anyway. One of the best things about this product is that there’s no bad flavor, unlike other magnesium powders I've tried that taste unpleasant.
Very good magnesium powder! Dissolves easily in water with a mild taste. Helps with relaxation, sleep, and muscle cramps. I like that it’s pure, vegan, and free of unnecessary additives. Great value and effective supplement
Supplement name: NOW Foods, Magnesium Citrate Pure Powder, 8 oz (227 g) Supplement scores: 8 Introduction & context: This product delivers magnesium citrate, a form known for moderate bioavailability, at 150 mg per teaspoon. Claimed benefits include muscle relaxation, support for nerve function, and healthy digestion. Priced at approximately $0.08 per serving, it undergoes NSF third-party testing for purity. Evidence summary: Multiple RCTs confirm magnesium’s role in reducing muscle cramps and improving sleep quality, often with doses → 400 mg/day. This product’s 150 mg serving aligns with lower-end studies targeting mild deficiencies but may fall short for therapeutic effects like severe cramps. Formulation & quality analysis: Magnesium citrate is well-absorbed compared to oxide but less so than glycinate. The formula is unadorned—no additives or fillers—but lacks bioavailability enhancers. NSF testing shows no detectable contaminants. Safety & interactions: Generally safe; high doses may cause diarrhea. Caution for those with kidney issues or on specific medications. No major interactions reported. Personal experience after taking the product: Noted subtle improvement in sleep quality but no significant muscle relaxation effects at this dose. Value & practicality: Cost-effective for supplementation beginners or those with mild needs. Convenient powder form, though requires mixing. Capsules or higher doses might better suit those seeking pronounced benefits. Overall verdict + score: Strong evidence supports magnesium’s general benefits, and NOW Foods delivers a clean, basic product. However, the modest dose limits its utility for specific therapeutic goals. Score reflects solid quality and evidence but modest dosing. 8/10 Who it's for: Individuals with mild magnesium deficiency or sleep issues seeking an affordable entry point. Not ideal for those needing higher therapeutic doses. I’d consider it cautiously and explore higher doses or forms like glycinate if stronger effects are desired.
The quality is excellent and the ingredients feel very pure. The tablet size is easy to swallow and the packaging is clean and well-sealed. I started to notice real benefits—especially for joint comfort and better sleep. It also helped regulate my mood and overall hormonal balance in a natural way. For the magnesium glycinate, the taste is mild and not bothersome at all, and it’s very gentle on the stomach. Overall, a great product with visible results.
the quality is great, only quality ingredients, the size doesn't matter as is a powder so I mix it into my orange juice, has almost no taste and mixes well. helps musc I e cramps almost immediately.much easier than swallowing a tablet.if you don't like swallowing pills this is the way to go.
