Small sized bottle, but potent ingredients. High dose vitamin D and C combined with a medium zinc dose negates the need to buy multiple supplements. The dose is just a teaspoon, which is easy to get down. Taste is very strong and not to my liking, but you get used to it. Ideally you're supposed to not eat or drink for a while afterwards, but I ususally chase it down with something else!
