I was looking for something strong good quality and effective and had the opportunity to receive this product. I am glad that this product is in a capsule form. A vegetarian capsule, good size. Very easy to swallow for me. No negative or adverse reactions from this supplement at all, and have been taking it now for over two weeks. I love that it had so many nutrients; vitamins and minerals. Truly a powerhouse! I literally feel great and haven’t felt this good in a while. I can’t go to my gym now but I do my workouts at home and I do notice more energy since taking this supplement.
