250 small capsules, each with over 2,000 IU of Vitamin D? Literally seems too good to be true, but it isn't. This supply will last months and the pills are tiny and easy to swallow. I was expecting a massive bottle too, but it's incredibly reasonably sized. I have no idea what these other companies are putting in these pills to make them the size they are. Very impressed with this!
I really like Swanson products. The quality and size are very nice and effective. As for D3, the pill size is sooo convenient. It's super small and easy to take.
