I have been suffering with acne for many years caused by high androgens and PCOS. I decided to try this as it is a type of vitamin A which helps skin cell turn over. Its been amazing and given my skin a glow whilst reducing the acne on my chin.

There isn't really anything special about this product, because it's literally just high quality Beta Carotene. It honestly tastes kinda good, not that i actually care about the taste. The size is also very good the price. I've already been seeing some benifits lately, my skin is slightly more orange now. which honestly looks great!

I take it sparingly, when I´m traveling or theres lots of sun around. Gives skin a slight tan, yelloish color. I can in particular tell its in my hands and pawns.
