The quality is great, does not taste like vinegar which is appreciated. I haven’t noticed much change yet but it seems to be working. The only thing is you have to take 3 gummies a day so I would love the dosage to be 1 gummy. The size is good and the ingredients are supposed to have great benefits

They have good ingredients, and I trust the brand. great price. I like being able to take acv gummies broken up in smaller doses with food when I need it, so I appreciate the strength and flexibility. these do have a very acetone-ish smell compared to other acv gummies I've had, but I attribute that to the vinegar. they taste good and have a nice bright apple taste along with the acv.
