These are a tasty go to snack, and enjoyable to eat. Texture is crispy but not overbearing. The quality is superb, these thin rice cakes arrive unbroken because they come in a cardboard box, unlike Lundberg rice cakes that are just in a plastic bag. What I like most about this product is that iherb has the longest expiration dates and fast secure shipping!
