Not a big fan of the flavor so I mix it with orange juice and that makes a huge difference, After a week of taking it, my BP has dropped a few mmHg so that is a great thing. I will continue to drink this to see if it continues to help lower my BP.
i like this brand i think is very good quality products! beetroot is a superfood and antioxidants of pomegranate and blueberries as well taste good But i think is very sweet but is delicious i had to add more water as they recommended to use cause taste so sweet. said is stevia but is so much in my opinion could be less! i want to help my Bp normalize hope it works.
This actually tastes amazing. It is a bit sweet but this is because of stevia which is a healthy sugar. I mix this with creatine powder and L-citruline powder. Naturally I dislike the taste of creatine and citruline, but mixed with Total beets powder it makes it much easier to swallow.
