This is my second time purchasing. Solgar uses top quality ingredients and the size is very easy to swallow. I prefer capsules over tablets for swallowing purposes. When we get our labs done; our lab values come out good. I recommend this product.
These B12 capsules are my energy lifesaver—no jitters, just steady focus without the crash. Love that they’re vegan and easy to swallow, but I wish they came in a higher dose (I take two daily). Noticeable difference in my mood and stamina within days. A pantry staple I’ll keep buying forever!
Great for a little added energy, we can tell if we don't take it, also the Capsules are easy to take, they are small
Super important for vegans. I love it! Size and price are also good

I’m very satisfied with the fast and safe delivery. The product arrived in perfect condition, well-packaged and fresh. The quality is excellent, and you can tell it’s made with care. I also love the clean and trustworthy ingredients. It’s exactly what I was looking for in a supplement. I’ll definitely keep taking this regularly!
I’ve been using Solgar Vitamin B12 for a few weeks now, and I can feel a noticeable boost in my energy levels. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the fact that they’re vegetable-based is a plus for me. However, I didn’t experience as much of a mental clarity boost as I had hoped. Overall, I’m happy with the product, but I’m giving it 4 stars because I expected a bit more in terms of cognitive benefits.
