These are great value and will have you off to sleep in no time. I love the help you offer to sleep and I wake fresh with no fogginess. I find some brands and or differing release timeframes can create an issue the next day. Not these ones. 3mg will have you sleeping in no time.
Super easy to chew. Tastes like candy. Works like a charm. Fast (and short) acting. No hangover. Even works better than my adult prescription melatonin (which I won’t refill, I’ll use these). Great for kids who have trouble with pills and dislike medicine. Great for adhd kids on stimulants to calm and sleep at night.
Natrol is quality producer of melatonin, the taste and smooth disolve texture is excellent, and I derive great benefit by using it to improve my sleep. The big size box is good value. In terms of dosage, if I want to have milder effect, I break the tablet in two and keep one half in the box for next time.

I really like this melatonin. The tablets dissolve quickly and have a nice light strawberry flavor, not too sweet. I take one before bed and it helps me fall asleep faster without feeling groggy the next day. The size of the bottle is great — it lasts a long time and is good value for the price. I will definitely repurchase. Dosage is totally enough. Taste is neutral, but may be a bit sweet. Benefit- fast desolve. No bad ingredients. Quality is amazing!
