Of course you can make it at home, however buying it is much more convenient. The taste is as expected, so it goes well in curries, but sometimes even I put it in coffee. I don't recommend doing it if you like the taste of coffee, but I don't, so for me it's OK. However, because it's bitter, I add honey. You can also fry eggs in it or steak. The quality seems to be good, I did not tested it for anything, like heavy metals, so I take the risk. If it's not contaminated, it should be amazing for Keto diet, and as a nootropic agent.

Love the spice blend addition to ghee! It’s the perfect way to take I’m turmeric which I find hard to add to diet normally and it’s the best spice blend for optimal health and absorption. I use to sauté eggs or veggies. Delicious!
