The quality is better than I expected. I use it with tomatoes and cheese. The taste is little bit sour but I like. I recommend you to make salad. I eat salads for diet. The package made of glass. When you cook, put it the last moment. It makes your cook way better
after seeing the many good reviews of this balsamic vinegar, I decided to give it a try. I was worried it was like those sticky balsamic as I didn't want sticky at all. I'm very glad it's liquid and with very good balance between acidity and sweetness. it's just perfect to go on my avocado and cherry tomatoes, it just levels up the flavor. it will be good if the label can tell how many months or year this vinegar was fermented.

This is my go to vinegar for salad dressings. This has a great flavor and I like it because it’s in a glass bottle. I will be back to buy more.

I like to make a vinegrette with balsamic vinegar and this brand has nice flavor without the "bite" that some brands have. Mix with a little EVOO and the salad dressing is rich and little sweet---perfect !!! I also find that it's reasonable priced, so one can reduce it over a low heat and it makes a great glaze for chicken or salmon.
