I use this to thicken sauces, especially asian flavors. It works so well. Does not change the taste at all, but does a great job thickening and is much healthier than gums or cornstarch.

I used to use corn starch to make a thick sauce. Kuzu root starch does a better job with a smooth & silky texture. It's worth paying extra $.
