I’ve always had thin and weak nails, but ever since I started taking collagen supplements, I’ve noticed that nails are stronger and less prone to breaking 💅 My fave is Vital Proteins’ marine collagen, but this (cartilage collagen) is also great 😇
I have been using this collagen for a while. The quality seems good and the capsules are easy to take, but I did not notice very strong or fast results. It may help slightly with joints over time, but it was not a big difference for me. Overall, it is an average product and might work better for others with long-term use.
Bought this for my travel so I don’t have to bring along my powdered Collagen which needs to be mixed in my daily coffee. It has Type II collagen particularly for bone and joint support.
