I am so glad I found this colon cleanse. I love the blackberry flavor. Just be prepared to stick around the house because it does work well. I take it at night so the results are in the morning but sometimes you need to stay at home longer so plan on maybe a weekend to take this but again it works great. Highly recommend

it doesn't do a colon cleanse as it assumes because I had suffered constipation for a couple of days and I even drink two bags of this tea and I didn't affect my stomach or my constipation it is easy to use the size is good the packaging is nice and it has a nice scent and taste
