This is a good quality of vitamin C. Its made in Europe so its not the cheap chinese stuff most other brands use. Package is great. Potency and effects are legit. Using vitamin C daily is great for immune health and also good antioxidant and good for blood. I didn't notice any stomach discomfort.
Taking Vitamin C to aid cartilage health and aid absorption from other products. Probably too early to notice any effects, but it’s from a reputable brand, which is known to make quality supplements. The taste is not great, which honestly is to be expected with these type of products: its very acidic— forget about adding it to your protein shake as it will ruin the taste, but instead add it to a glass of juice and you’ll hardly notice any taste at all. Perfect!
I am sorry that I bought the powder - it is too acidic to drink with water and it feels not good and also leaves unpleased taste so I can't use it. I suggest you to buy the veggie capsules version instead - it is a bit more expensive but easier and safer to use.
