Always look for high quality ingredients , although the jar size is small but very potent and concentrated , tiny amount will be enough dosage with all the known and proven benefits of Manuka honey .. It has a good taste and creamy texture .. highly recommended for a healthy diet for all ages .

I have been using honey instead of sugar for my tea, spreads with peanut butter on toast as it’s supposed to have beneficial qualities haven’t noticed anything yet, but I’ll keep trying
