I’m not a huge fan of floral forward scents HOWEVER, I love the 7 Virtues fragrances. The notes on this one sounded delightful to me, I went in for a ‘sniff test’ at my local Sephora & was sold on the spot. Amber Orchid is not only floral, it’s warm, it’s sweet, it’s spicy, and most importantly! It lasts all through my 8 hour work days.
I can’t stop wearing this and have a ton of fragrances. It opens with a crisp apple floral and dries down with an amber with some sweetness mixed in. All the notes play very well together. It’s sexy but fresh. It’s perfect for fall!
My local Sephora didn't have a display sample, so I blind bought this hoping the apple and the amber would come through (I'm not big into florals). All I got was screechy florals. I had to wash this off (it would not wash off). I will be returning it.
Smells so so good! I got this gifted and I’m so so happy with it. Very similar to Valaya from PDM and I was not expecting that. Definitely the best perfume from The 7 Virtues.
Like a warm cozy hug! loving this fragrance for Fall. It's also great for layering too.
I had to wash this off immediately. it's primarily an indolic floral, and slightly reminiscent of cleaning products. It's unfortunately offensive and headache-inducing to me. There is a hint of a soapy sweet apple.
I have a lot of fragrances that are supposedly great compliment getters, and I rarely have anyone say anything. Within the first 20 minutes of my shift this morning two different people I don't know complemented this fragrance, and one asked what I was wearing. I love that it somehow warm but not heavy and just perfectly sweet. I think this is in my forever rotation. I don't see myself getting bored of it and it could work for any season.
Didn’t think anything could top Clementine Dream for me, but Amber Orchid smells GOOD. Quickly taking place as my new favourite fragrance. Worth every single star from the opening to the dry down.. it’s beautiful and actually addicting! Smells expensive!
This smells along the lines of parfum de marly valaya. If you like that dna but dont want to spend the pmd $$, this is a good option. I like valaya but its one i have to be in the mood for so for me this isnt a need. Its pretty tho.
I am SO obsessed with this new scent, it’s the perfect warm and cozy fall scent that I’ve been longing for!
