Held off buying any dyson product due to the price and mixed reviews. Decided to buy this one bc my current brush makes my hair super frizzy. So freaking happy with my purchase. My hair has a ton of body, dries quickly roots included, and on high heat I have ZERO frizz! The only issue is the button placement, I keep hitting them with my fingers, but that’s more of a ME issue. Well done Dyson!
I was so excited to try out the new Dyson Airsmooth Dryer Brush! I am someone who usually just lets my hair air dry after a shower because of how much I hate drying my hair but this new dryer brush has changed everything! The dryer brush is so light, which is always nice, and the process is so quick and easy! 10/10!!!
What impressed me most about this tool is how many different looks I can create with it. It gives me a smooth, polished finish when I want straighter hair, but I can also use it to create movement and that soft, blown-out look. It works great for refreshing my hair between wash days too, which is a huge plus for me. My hair feels smooth, looks shiny, and I love the volume I’m able to get without having to use multiple styling tools.
Dried my hair quickly and left it shinny however my hair was super frizzy. Not for curly,fine hair. Also hair occasionally would get caught in between brush and handle. Better results n my daughter’s hair, which is thick, long and straight. Cut drying time.
If you’re like me and don’t immediately blow dry your hair after washing it (I have long, thick, dry hair that I wash 1-2x/week and it’s a hassle to round brush it) then this tool may be for you! My hair can stay damp overnight if I place it in a bun and this allows me the ease to get a great blowout in the morning before work. It also fully dries my hair unlike some other brushes.
I’m a black girl with 4a/b/c hair & Ive been using to replace my original Dyson supersonic & am thoroughly blown away! I’ve been able to cut my drying time down from ~40 mins to <10mins! What I love most is how much easier it makes styling my hair. I can go straight from the shower into styling without having to rough dry first, and I can actually see my hair start looking smoother and more polished as I go. I was so excited to try the Dyson Airsmooth dryer brush and I’m really impressed with the results. I used it straight out of the shower on wet hair and loved being able to dry and style at the same time. The bristles give me the tension I need to really smooth and shape my hair without feeling like they’re snagging or pulling through it. I also love the shape of the brush for getting into my roots and adding some lift. My hair felt incredibly smooth afterward and still had so much movement and bounce. I have a lot of hair, so being able to get this kind of blowout with one tool is such a win for me.
