i’ve been using this for weeks and i’m obsessed. i love the opening AND the dry down which is amazing because normally i don’t like both. i’ve gotten compliments when wearing it and i figured out that layering it with SDJ 62 lotion makes you irresistible 10/10
As a gourmand girl that normally hates ginger, this was the smoothest, SEXIEST fragrance ever. I love the saffron & caramel, & the ginger did give it a unique zing that was well needed. I gave this to my friend for her bday, but I do have the full size in my shopping cart. I wanna smell sexy & edible too!
I gave myself a couple weeks with it before I made a final decision, but I have to return. Doesn’t mean you shouldn’t try it! Definitely wish I could’ve smelled in store instead of blind buying, though. It’s nice, but there’s a sharpness in the opening that’s pretty forward, and doesn’t soften on the dry down. Fragrance is subjective :) I think it’d work for me if there was more caramel.
I knew Funmi would make orange and ginger smell amazing. I wanted the sample kit but it sold out. she offers larger bottles for travel size which is a plus. i can honesty say this smells very unique and the dry down is lovely. longevity is about 4 hours on my skin and if you pair her with other florals it blends nice.
This is a mature scent. I am so happy with my purchase and would blind buy everything fumi makes
Thankful to have finally received these fragrances. Out of the three that I purchased I feel I gravitate towards this one the most. Notes are as described very warm, comforting and strong fragrance. Definitely fall leaning will be wearing a lot.
This is for the girl who’s exactly who she thinks she is! Class and elegance in a bottle is the best way I can describe it and it’s definitely the scent to wear when you want to be memorable. Im not a ginger fan but thankfully to my nose it’s not very pronounced. The saffron plays well with the creamy, sweetness of the caramel for a sophisticated scent. As a long time supporter I was so excited to try this brand and this scent did not disappoint! 1000/10 Funmi!!!
The dry down is beautiful! One of the best caramel bases I’ve smelled. However, the opening is screechy and reads savory and pungent with my body chemistry. It makes it unwearable for me.
The combination of Nigerian Ginger, Saffron, Caramel, and Blood Orange is soooo good! I’ve never smelled anything like this and I can’t stop wearing it. Every time I wear it, I’m already looking forward to the next time I wear it.
After reading every review about this scent I decided to blind it since it seemed like the best from the line up and I'm very disappointed.. this is way too spicy for me!..the blend of the ginger,saffron and caramel is very off-putting on my skin.the dry down seems okay but it's a No for me.
