Incredible formula, I completely understand the hype now. Just know these are on sale for a reason (bad product quality!). I’ve never had this issue with cap on a product. They made a mistake using acrylic because it will break easily
This would have been a 5 star review because I absolutely love the chillers formula but like so many other reviews - the caps crumble pretty quickly and then I’m afraid to bring them anywhere because I don’t want to risk a sticky mess in my purse or pocket! I really hope they fix it soon!
I used this product for maybe a week and the cap broke real quick. I thought it was just me but I bought one for my mom and the same thing happened to her. The product itself is great but poor packaging.
Worn down by summer heat I was happy to find these cooling glosses. Although the coco-lime was initially off-putting (Ole is much more fragranced than other brands) it did grow on me. Reading reviews about cracked caps was perplexing until mine split as well! I fixed it was some washi tape and now it is cuter than ever. As for the formula it is typical for the brand - heavy duty hydration and super high shine
The formula is amazing, cooling, exfoliating, and hydrating. I love it more than the non-cooling ones; however, the cap crumbles after 2 weeks. I will continue to buy these if they change the material of the cap.
Cap broke in my purse a week after purchasing and it spilled sticky gloss all over my bag
Love the actual product I have a couple of them from this one to their other flavors but I do have a problem because why does the lid always brake , it’s annoying.
Though I love the formula here, it has been less than 40 days of seldom use (though just over the 30-day return window) and, as others have experienced, the cap on mine has suddenly cracked. This is despite my only using it at home stored upright and not jostling among other products as this style product should stand up to. My other mini and full-size versions of this, with opaque caps, are fine and are older. This is a malfunction, and the brand should offer replacement caps. Even on sale, these are not worth a month’s use.
I have the original and I’m obsessed with it so I got the chiller. The cooling sensation feels so nice when its hot out and the flavor smells like a mix of guava and mango!!
i’ve tried so many different lip balms but this one became an instant favorite. the flavor is amazing and the cooling sensation is nice for the summer :)
