Instant Sculpt Retractable Eyebrow Pencil

This new formulation stinks! It’s useless. It’s hard, scratches my skin, pulls out hair. I love the previous waxy pencil. Please bring it back.

I am so disappointed with Sephora for this. Loved the product. Go to buy it again and what I received is much thinner and less product for the same price. I understand inflation but with so much brow products out there, it just felt soo cash grabby. Will not be buying again. The original was .007 oz. The new one is .005. I understand it’s just so small of product BUT it’s literally the same price. And to be completely honest .002 is enough to cover both eyebrows x2

Horrible replacement for what was a terrific product. Purchased the old version for years. This is complete crap. Breaks and crumbles, does not apply easily. Save your money and purchase another brand.

Lasted a week because it broke constantly. I really liked the color and the angle. I'm mad that I found such a good color match and it's unusable.

This product lasted at most 2 weeks, and broke almost every time it was used. Not to mention, it had such little product for the price. I’d recommend investing in a better brand like lawless beauty.

I bought the old version for years and it was amazing. This new product falls flat every step of the way. First of all, same price smaller size of product. Then because of the shape of the dispenser and how little product comes out, it’s a pathetic excuse for eyebrow pencil. Bring back the old version! Honestly SO disappointing.

I’ve bought this pencil for years. Since you changed the angle on this product, it isn’t good anymore. The crayon breaks frequently when using . The angle is too severe . I definitely wouldn’t recommend this.

Does nothing as described. The narrow end is too thick for single hairs and the wide end is too weak to fill sparse areas. I ended up having to use the narrow end to draw the entire brow and I've lost about a third of the product to the crayon snapping even when mostly retracted. I will never be buying Sephora-branded cosmetics again. This item was so much more expensive than my "cheap" eyebrow pen I ran out of before. Don't waste your money.

Rebranded and made it smaller, but the price point remains the same. *sigh* I've used this pencil for years, and the value was there, but now, I'm now convinced. the new formula just is NOT the same and does not adhere to the brow hairs in the same way. If the fact that Sephora made the pencil noticeably smaller didn't bother you, the new formula will. Original size is on the left at 0.2g, New size on the right at 0.15g

I have used the pencil for years and loved it. This redesign is awful. the angle makes it so theoretically you could accurately use it on one eye (right) but the wax falls apart even more now. unless your marketing team is hoping for everybody to have their right brow only colored in, change the design back
