I forgot how great and flawless this formula is. Armani is the best foundation for those that want a makeup look that is breathable and natural looking. It literally looks like skin and not makeup or paint.
The Armani, please listen to the customers who loved the original formula. The first photo shows the old formula, and the second shows the reformulation. This was my holy grail foundation. The new formula doesn’t last on my skin, has caused me to break out, and takes about three pumps just to get adequate coverage. The difference in value is substantial: my old bottle lasted about five months, while the reformulated bottle lasted only a month and a half with comparable use. For a luxury foundation, I expect consistent performance and quality. Instead, I’m using more product, replacing it much sooner, and getting worse results. I’ve seen many negative reviews echoing these concerns. Please take this feedback seriously and consider bringing back the original formula, even as a separate option. I want to keep buying Armani, but this reformulation has taken away the reasons I loved it.
Love it for my mature skin. Gives a nice delicate glow, it is buildable and keeps skin moisturized. Try it.
PERFECT shade match (which is so hard being olive toned), doesn't smell, does not break me out AT ALL, but coverage was waaaaay too light for me. It made not that much of a difference in my skin appearance in my opinion- I look the same with just moisturizer on. If there was a more medium coverage option where you don't have to keep applying it would be the perfect product I think
I have recently started using this foundation and the results are amazing
I tried to love the old formula but it oxidized and the finish looked dry and dull. I didn't understand it for the life of me because the concealer in shade 6 was a complete match. I even tried different shades and it was just a big fail. When I heard they reformulated I tried shade 6 again and it's finally perfect. The shade match is exact, no trace of orange whatsoever and the finish is satin-y. It's not quite "luminous" on its own but a glowy primer makes it a non-issue. It's a lightweight formula and not full coverage on its own but add the matching concealer and it's perfect. That sounds like I'm accepting caveats but my point is, the more I can work with a product to achieve desired results, the more I can respect it and trust it.
This is my go to, I really do love the healthy glow it gives, it makes my tired face look full of life and that is not easy! It also is my first true shade match I have ever found and as of now the only one. 4 stars because the price is expensive but honestly since I am not a daily makeup user and I only use 1.5 pumps it is maintainable.
I’ve been an OG user for a very long time and was so depressed when they reformulated. I was skeptical. Honestly this is not bad at all! It seems like the same thing to me. Didn’t interfere with skincare at all. Go for it yall! It’s good. Nothing has changed really - I’ve tried it for almost a month now and I can say that it’s similar to the old formula. No issues.
I absolutely love this foundation. It’s light to medium coverage that is buildable. This formula goes on smooth. I don’t even feel like I’m wearing foundation and this color matches my skin perfectly. The finish is beautiful. I have combination skin so after I put on my skincare, I use primer strategically (only in certain places on my face) and then I put this foundation on. I don’t have oily skin so I only use powder in the center of my face. I like that this foundation doesn’t give me a glass-like finish, but it does have luminosity as advertised. So I leave powder off in certain areas where I want more glow. I add contour, blush, whatever and I then use Charlotte Tilbury setting spray which is perfect. My face just looks stunning after. If you’re looking for a coverage that is a little on the lighter side instead of a medium to full coverage, this one is really nice. Give it a try. I’m sure you’ll love it too.
