Permagel Ultra Glide Eye Pencil

I wanted to love this, but it doesn’t stay, smudges and falls for nothing, and make me look like a raccoon.

The BEST eyeliner for the waterline. I have tried many eyeliners but none come close to this one! The pigment is insane, you just need a swipe and you are good for the entire night. Does not run and does not budge. Thank you so much to Gabbriette for putting me on! <3

Tried every single eyeliner there is and this one lasts all day. I use it on the waterline. Looks fresh and stays in place. I was surprised because Pat is not known for eyeliners. Only tried the black not sure if the other colors have same formula

I like it. It goes on smoothly and doesn't give me raccoon eyes. My one issue is it has to be sharpened after every use. It's going to be a stub soon!

I am 38 years old and can finally wear eyeliner without looking like a toddler did my eyeliner. I have tried them all. It is easy to use and glides on in a perfect line. I can even do cat eyes. I bought it for my 17 year old and tried it. So glad I did.

tested this eyeliner out once I received it. smudged when tested and also came off. tried again and the tip broke but looked darker and took some time to come off.

I love these pencils, I have this in both black and this one. The expresso is a nice dark brown almost black. I don't use on the waterline just as a regular eye liner. Lasts for the day, one star off because after a while the eyeliner product itself falls out of the tube. This happens with all her eye pencils and lip pencils, for $30 this should not happen.

I love this eyeliner, it is long lasting, but I can't seem to find them in any stores local to me.
