I had a reaction to this product and wrote the company a nice note asking if any of their ingredients were uncommon, as I had never had a reaction before. They just sent me a link to the ingredients (which I already had), defensively asserted that all their ingredients were approved (I did not suggest otherwise) and I should speak to a doctor with ingredients lists before trying any of their products if I have a history of allergies (I don't). After not helping at all and for no clear reason, they then asked me a series of 30+ questions probing personal details (age, gender, address) and health information in addition to requesting photos of my reaction. This is all without explaining why they wanted this information or what they would do with it. Very strange and inappropriate. All I asked was to better understand what could be the potential allergens in this product so I don't have the same reaction again.

I’m really impressed with the Living Proof Full Shampoo and Conditioner. This set does exactly what it promises—adds noticeable volume and body without weighing my hair down. My hair feels fuller, bouncier, and stays cleaner for longer, which is a huge bonus. The shampoo creates a rich, luxurious lather that removes buildup, oil, and pollution, while still being gentle on the scalp. The Full Shampoo and Conditioner were my introduction to Living Proof more than a decade ago, and has been my mainstay ever since. I could be happier about the new formula — leave it to LP to improve on perfection!
I love the LP full conditioner. I use in combination with the full shampoo and have used this combo for years! I love the new formulation so much. I feel like my hair stays cleaner and fuller for longer than with the other formulation.highly recommend!
A thin and fine hair girl’s dream! This conditioner makes my hair voluminous and it makes my hair feel so soft. It lathers on very smooth and washes out an easily. I love pairing this with the volumizing shampoo. I’ve always been a fan of Living Proof!
This is the conditioner I have been buying for a while now. I stopped using it for a couple of months and I missed it so I repurchased. I love that it gives hair volume but as well it doesn't leave it heavy nor grease. Plus, it is clean. I love it!
Unfortunately, this shampoo and conditioner didn’t work for me—it dried out my hair and caused noticeable shedding. I have an oily scalp with drier ends, and this just didn’t strike the right balance. I ended up passing it along to my mom, who has very oily, fine hair, and she actually seems to like it. That said, I don’t think it does much in terms of adding volume.
Silky without weighing me down! I have used this paired with the shampoo several times and I have noticed a difference !! My hair isn’t as flat to my head.
