Really disappointed in this purchase. Despite all the negative reviews I wanted to give it a try because it’s hard to find a matte black liner and this one seemed promising but it lives up to the reputation. Dry straight from the box and once it dries you can’t go back over the lines or it picks up the pigment.
I truly wanted to love this eyeliner because I love Haus Lab as a brand but unfortunately this one fell short for me. For the first two weeks, this product was doing its job- the fine tip made application incredibly easy and it glided on beautifully. It did however, come off more easily than I expected. But I liked it enough that I didn’t mind reapplying. However, toward the end of the 3rd week of purchasing it, the formula had completely changed. It became very watery and instead of the rich dark black that it promised, the pigment started applying more of a light gray. I tried to make it work because I genuinely wanted to love it, but I eventually had to run to a local pharmacy to buy another eyeliner right before a meeting because it was no longer usable. I’m giving this product 2 stars because the fine point applicator truly is wonderful- especially for creating a precise line. Unfortunately for the price and how quickly the formula deteriorates, I was disappointed.
Horrible product do not buy!! Not even a week, and it dried out and it smudges does not last
I wanted to love this product. I really did. Unfortunately it left my eyes irritated and dry and the pigment was not really there. Instead of getting the black that was advertised, it came out gray.
Sephora employee recommended after requesting a non transferable super black liquid eyeliner. This ain’t it! It transfers. Not the “blackest-black” it’s more of a charcoal. I tried layering it to make it work and it made it worse. It would take off what was dried up underneath. Even if I chose to wear it out, it would be smudged/transferred an hour later.
Dried out very quickly: I liked this eyeliner a lot at first. Good pigment, easy to control, created a good line. But, as other people have observed, it dried out after about 4 uses, which makes it overall a poor value and a disappointment.
Dont buy, false advertising. None of the claims are true, bad eyeliner. Do not buy!!

I’ve never written a review. I’ve never had an eyeline that doesn’t work. I’m not sure how this product was released. Need to return asap.
