I didn’t have the problem washing it out that others did, but didn’t notice anything outstanding about the results either. However smell is so completely overpowering I would never use this again even if it were a holy grail product for my hair. Don’t purchase if you are even slightly affected by strong smells.

Fantastic for curly hair. I don’t recommend for thin or straight hair. Tried on my husband, he has thin loose curly hair, it ended up being greasy for him. BUT Great against Southern heat and humidity for 3B-3C hair. I also traveled the Hawaii with this and my hair was amazing every single day I only used this product. I do have heat damage from blow drying and flat ironing. You wouldn’t be able to tell though this mask is great.
If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. I'm big on hair care and have tried many products from different brands, so trust me when I say this is the worst product I've tried yet. I usually love Ouai, but this product is not worth it. I tried it yesterday and put the recommended amount in my hair (pea-sized amount of product). When I was trying to blow-dry it, it wouldn't dry because of how greasy it was! I had to rewash my hair three times, even using a detox shampoo, and I still feel it in my hair today.
I feel like I have hairdresser hair. I have coarse, thick red hair and this product makes me feel like I got a new cut and blow dry at the hairdresser! I usually don't straighten my hair very often because of frizz, but this is a game changer! If you struggle with frizz thick dry ends, this is a game changer for sure! 
i don’t know how people are hating on this honestly 😭 this is the only thing i’ve ever tried that gets rid of my frizz!!! i have wavy coarse strands of hair. i’ve never tried a rinse out gloss before so im interested to see how this compares to Amika or the others but a leave in conditioner could never do what this does! i’m using a sample but may have to buy the full size because my hair looks so much better when using this.
Noticed a difference immediately. I have really thick, wavy, frizzy hair and this has added so much softness and shine. Styling has become easier and faster too.
grease city. If you have fine hair. Don’t use this! Even without using conditioner- grease city!
my hair is a literal grease pit!!! my hair doesn’t get weighed down easily but this product said let’s make your hair feel wet even after blow drying and round brushing. absolutely not , i only wash once a week due to my red hair color and I had to spray half a bottle of dry shampoo to make it feel semi normal for the next few days. don’t waste your time or money.
