Ode to Dullness Eau de Parfum

Let me start off by saying that I don’t normally like spicy scents for myself. I personally find this as more of something I’d rather smell on someone else or something that’s presents as a little bit more manly. Aside from my personal preference, before it dries down, it’s kind of musky ish?? Once it’s dry it’s this spicy scent that reminds you of Christmas where you walk into someone’s house and there’s a slightly sweet but subtle candle burning and then you smell the cinnamon broom that people get during the holiday seasons. It really is an enjoyable scent and I’m no connoisseur, and I’m very picky. I’d probably use this to layer with something else. It’s perfect for the fall season! It’s also strong and lasts a long time

A bit generic but I still enjoy it. Reminds me of a softer version of Alien...

I chose the free sample size, and it was great. Not too strong, but it lingers and captures your attention once you catch a whiff. Applied to the wrists and had fun with that while going about my day. Ode to dullness, indeed. Will buy the full size someday!

I have never in my life written a review before, I’ve had this perfume for 2 years and it is truly the best perfume I have ever owned. My perfume collection consists of about 30 different scents and this is by far the best! Absolute perfection. Long lasting, projecting, clean, not too overpowering, perfect for every day. I get compliments on this every time I wear it. Must buy!

I chose this as one of my bonus samples because I had to know “Dullness” smelled like. I passed the sample around at dinner and everyone loved it. Very wearable, regardless of season. Warm and not too bright.

My top everyday perfume. I wear it all the time except during Summer and I miss it in Summer. So cozy, almost mystical. I hope it never gets discontinued.

Got as a sample, loved so much I bought a bottle. Takes a lot for me to actually buy a costly fragrance. It's simple and clean but has a touch of "spice" that isnt too overpowering or mature. It's an understated, everyday scent. Love it.

This perfume is perfect for winter as it’s cozy, warm, and spicy smelling. Smells like wearing a sweater on a chilly day and drinking a spiced warm drink. It leans more clean smelling than gourmand and wears closer to the skin.

I love this perfume! I tried it in the sample set and ended up buying the full size! It smells like a fancy hotel, and clean linen. It’s suitable for the office, dinner, or vacation. Totally a safe blind buy in my opinion, unless you don’t like musky scents.
