I dont know how many times ive bought this but every single time the pump does not work and its infuriating! the conditioner is great! please fix the pump!!!!!! its been years!
This was my first time buying bougie shampoo and conditioner. It makes my hair soft and shiny. It did exactly what it says it would do. I’m not in love with the scent, but it doesn’t smell bad by any means

I have been using JVN for a while now and would not change for anything. My hair feels soft and does not fly away. It is a great product and one I can not do without. My hair is straight and half way down my back and I am in my late 50's.
Ive been obsessed with this product for daily use for over two years - it’s perfect. I have fine hair that also needs hydration, this conditioner gives me the moisture my thirsty hair needs without weighing down. My hair is the healthiest it’s ever been, no build up no residue smalls great and actually worrrrks!
I tried this for the first time last week and I was very happy with it! I color and highlight alternating about every 5-6 weeks. i'm 61 and my hair is a little damaged, but mostly just flat all the time. I put a good amount of this on my shampooed hair and left it on the whole time I was in the bath so maybe 10-15 min. and wow my hair has been so sleek and silky all week! It feels like I had a pro treatment or something and I didn't even blow dry. I couldn't get the pump to function, but I tried few times then gave up on that but it still is getting 5 stars from me for a Clean at Sephora conditioner that had a great fragrance and really works.
I have enjoyed several of JVN's products over the years and this one is so nice for my hair type. My hair tends to get dry and frizzy, and this conditioner helps tame it. I love the pump, and it smells so good!
