Nutritive Hydrating Split Ends Serum for Dry Hair

As a VIB Sephora member I received this product last year using my 750 point reward system that I had. On top of that I had a lot of expectations since I was so excited for this being my first big “free” reward box item. This was my first time redeeming a 750 point reward. I didn’t get the chance to use this last year but almost exactly one year later today I have the chance to this use. So I just wanted to state that this product is not expired nor is it close to its expiration date but this was the least of my expectations I was so disappointed since I heard so much about this brand I thought it would be an amazing product but it was not great at all. First problem was that I noticed this product had been used I’m not sure if someone dropped this or if it was leaking or what but it was 1/4 used, on top of that the dropper doesn’t even work at all it won’t suction properly and it just keeps drooping out of the end of it it gets very messy And somehow while I was trying to get the oil off the glass dropper it cut me now I’m not sure if it was the dropper or the sliver part on the top Anyways this product makes my hair nappy and sticky and just doesn’t do what I expected an expensive hair oil to do The hair oils that I normally purchase for less than $5 do way better Now let’s just say I caught all of this last year I can’t even return this product nor exchange it so it’s just not fair I know life isn’t fair but I didn’t expect for Sephora to pamper me with this surprise especially for how much we give them money for these products I didn’t get this literally for free I had to spend quite a lot of money to get this item so I would have expected better quality and just better service. Now I’m not sure if this was intentional because let’s just say it was leaking but why is the dropper not working ?!?! Anyways I don’t recommend this product because it puts knots in my hair and I’ve noticed it dries out my hair a lot too

I've gone through 3 bottles of this in the last year or 2. There's better oils out there but I just like the way it smells. The scent is just like the night serum, which reminds me of the og JaAdore lotion.

Loveeee this!!! It’s like their old silicone one makes your hair so soft for bleached hair when applied on wet hair you can let it air dry and it is the softest and smells amazing!! I have fine hair and it doesn’t weigh it down either

I have dry and rough textured hair (2b wave pattern but I straighten my hair) but using this on towel tried hair makes such a difference in the hair's feel, look, and frizz level.

i saw results immediately!! completely seals up all split ends. i have bleached and dyed my hair many times and have a lot of heat damage so i have a insane amount of split ends and this serum made them disappear

Been using this product in tandem with the 8-hr night stuff and they both do wonders for my hair! I crashed out and bleached my hair 6 times in 2 weeks (bug mistake) and I thought i was past the point of return. However, this has made my hair soft again!

Makes my dry hair so soft! The best oil I’ve tried. It’s nice and light and doesn’t leave my fine hair feeling greasy.

This has saved my hair! Say goodbye to frizz and hello to smooth hair. It doesnt leave my hair feeling oily and has a great smell that is unique and not overpowering. I use bleach to lighten my hair and it can leave it feeling dry and brittle but not anymore

Working really well with my dry hair, I prefer it over the gold elixir oil.
