Azelaic Acid Suspension 10% Cream for Redness and Blemish-Prone Skin

I have been using this for the majority of 2026 after having stopped biacna (a prescription acne cream), I wanted something that was pregnancy safe for when my husband and I start trying and it’s been working wonders! I still get acne, it hasn’t completely cleared and perfected my skin but it definitely reduces blemishes and also reduces their longevity… I use it morning and night under my moisturizer and SPF, just avoid it around the eyes as it can irritate them.

Surprisingly did favors on my skin! Love the way it made it look and feel. It does tingle a bit so I tend to layer in between moisturizer to help with sensitivity.

Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews. I ignore all the emails. I hate surveys. Etc. This may be the first real review I have ever written for a product but I created an online Sephora account just so I could. If you have post pregnancy rosacea. PLEASE TRY. I struggled after my second child with acne/rosacea and my skin was too sensitive for any acne products. Now I found the golden routine. I use this with the line of Prequel products. And without this the blemishes come back. It kills all the acne causing bacteria while the Prequel line hydrates and restores the skin barrier. My skin has never looked this good. I wish I had a before/after but this was my last shot before seeing a dermatologist and iIT WORKED. I can’t say if it would for true acne, mine was rosacea acne but if that is you then this works like a charm. Use it morning and night. I can also tell my skin is looking brighter. If you have rosacea and/or acne. Give this a shot. It may change your life.

My first review on a product from Sephora. I have fair skin and hyperpigmentation/red marks from past acne. When I first started using this product, I didn’t notice much difference in my post-acne marks. I continued to use the product nightly after periodically testing it on my face, and by week 12 I noticed significant differences in how my marks looked. They’re more light pink and easier to conceal as opposed to the darker red shade they were before. This worked over time for me as opposed to an overnight treatment, & I also used the Ordinary niacinamide in the morning. This product didn’t burn my face, but I did feel itchy around the mouth area so I applied my moisturizer first as a barrier and azelaic acid after, while avoiding the corners of my mouth altogether. I started using azelaic acid at the beginning of July, & when I compare my acne marks back to March and April it’s like day and night. Everyone will react differently to this product as with any product, but I’m truly astonished at how much it’s worked

The one ounce lasted about three weeks. Felt like there was barely anything in packaging. And see absolutely no difference on my blemishes. Save your money.

Good product helps me with acne marks and acne scars

The smell kill me. I tried to use it many times but I can’t tolerate the strong smells.

bought this product a couple months ago and i was just getting to using it today, and I found that the bottle was half empty before i even used it. I bought other The Ordinary products and they were filled normally but this one is half air. dont know if this was a mistake or they only fill this product half way but disappointing as its already small

Been using this morning and night for 5 months along with sunscreen. I took before and after photos and it did not lighten hyperpigmentation or sun spots.

Amazing price for such an excellent product! I've been using it at night to help with pigmentation and acne scars and there has been noticeable improvement! I also used it on some closed comedone acne that popped up overnight (probably from a greasy product I had used) and this Ordinary product fixed it by the next day! Amazing!
